If you need to cancel or reschedule your wardrobe consultation, please contact us at least 48 hours before your scheduled appointment. Cancellations made within 48 hours may be subject to a cancellation fee.
Consultation fees are non-refundable once services have been provided. If you cancel your appointment at least 48 hours in advance, you may be eligible for a full refund or credit toward a future consultation.
We understand that circumstances may change. You may reschedule your consultation appointment up to 24 hours before your scheduled time at no additional charge.
We are committed to providing exceptional service. If you have concerns about your consultation experience, please contact us within 7 days of your appointment so we can address your concerns.
